MC-CHARGERS, having completed the range of public chargers, proceeds with the semi-public/private charging station series ORION midi. Focusing on quality and high deign aesthetics which is already established by ORION and ORION mini range of products, ORION midi is ideal for private installations such as hotels, work areas, restaurants, stores. The metallic enclosure, small size and the integrated RCD Type A + DC leakage detector of 6mA and MID energy meter enable the easy and low-cost installation achieving the best quality and protection for the user and property.

ORION midi is available in 2 power levels, 7kW and 22kW, with socket Type 2 or built in 5m length tethered cable with Type 2 outlet. www.mc-chargers.com RFID, MC-CHARGERS’s phone app or any other OCPP phone app can be used for user identification and management of the charger. ORION midi can be connected to the internet via WIFI, Ethernet or GSM, meeting the needs of all installations.

Through MC-CHARGERS’s phone app, ORION midi can be set to different power levels according to the levels of consumption at the building with no extra installation cost, enabling a static load management. Dynamic load management is available to all models with an extra installation of energy meter in the distribution panel. The load management capability is crucial to all installations to avoid overloads and leads to a proper energy use and better energy efficiency.
